Australian singer-sonwriter Tex Perkins has been around for a while now-widely known for fronting the popular Australian rock-band The Cruel Sea- this is from an album that came out round the turn of the century-(how fucking amazing is it to be able to say that-‘turn of the century’ and it’s OUR century-holy god!) As usual I digress (in parenthesis but whatevs)-keep it moving. This album was anthem of sorts for me then and I’ve dug back into it from time to time when I’ve needed to find the ‘connection’ .
